Returns and Exchange
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive an order that is damaged or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
Flowers must have been properly cared for after delivery.
An image of the flowers must be provided for verification.
Requests made after 2 hours of delivery will not be eligible for exchange.
Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement is not possible. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Same-day or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable, as flowers are prepared fresh for each order.
