1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

1.2 Non-returnable Items

  • We accept returns for perishable goods such as flowers, plants, and food products if they are damaged or not in good condition.

2. Refunds

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Refunds may be applicable if the product is damaged, wilted, defective, or materially different from what was described or ordered.
  • Requests concerning non-defective products may also be submitted for review on a case-by-case basis. Acceptance of such a request for review does not automatically guarantee a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit.
  • Al Jowder Flowers may request photographs, videos, proof of purchase, or other relevant information to assess the condition of the product and circumstances of the request.
  • After completing our review, we will notify the customer of the outcome and any applicable resolution.

2.2 Process for Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit within 7 days after your refund is approved.

3. Exchanges

3.1 Eligibility for Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are wilted or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at online@aljwoder.com.

4. Shipping

4.1 Return Shipping

  • You may return eligible items in store, at a drop-off location, or by mail using the prepaid return label included in the parcel. Please contact us for return instructions.
  • You will not be responsible for any shipping costs for returning your item.
  • For exchanges, we will arrange for our driver to pick up the item and deliver the exchanged flowers.
