2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

• To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Refunds may be applicable if the product is damaged, wilted, defective, or materially different from what was described or ordered.
• Requests concerning non-defective products may also be submitted for review on a case-by-case basis. Acceptance of such a request for review does not automatically guarantee a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit.
• Al Jowder Flowers may request photographs, videos, proof of purchase, or other relevant information to assess the condition of the product and circumstances of the request.
• After completing our review, we will notify the customer of the outcome and any applicable resolution.

2.2 Process for Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
• We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
• You will receive the credit within 7 days after your refund is approved.
