At Al Jowder Flowers, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the freshest flowers and highest quality arrangements. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
1.2 Non-returnable Items
- We accept returns for perishable goods such as flowers, plants, and food products if they are damaged or not in good condition.
2. Refunds
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
- To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Refunds may be applicable if the product is damaged, wilted, defective, or materially different from what was described or ordered.
- Requests concerning non-defective products may also be submitted for review on a case-by-case basis. Acceptance of such a request for review does not automatically guarantee a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit.
- Al Jowder Flowers may request photographs, videos, proof of purchase, or other relevant information to assess the condition of the product and circumstances of the request.
- After completing our review, we will notify the customer of the outcome and any applicable resolution.
2.2 Process for Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within 7 days after your refund is approved.
3. Exchanges
3.1 Eligibility for Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are wilted or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at online@aljwoder.com.
4. Shipping
4.1 Return Shipping
- You may return eligible items in store, at a drop-off location, or by mail using the prepaid return label included in the parcel. Please contact us for return instructions.
- You will not be responsible for any shipping costs for returning your item.
- For exchanges, we will arrange for our driver to pick up the item and deliver the exchanged flowers.
